About the Random Team Generator tool
Pick teams without hurt feelings. Paste a list of names, choose how many teams (or how many per team), and shuffle. Teams stay as even as possible, and you can reshuffle as many times as you like.
How to use it
- Type or paste names, one per line.
- Choose number of teams or people per team.
- Click Make teams, then copy or reshuffle.
Frequently asked questions
Is it fair?
Yes — names are shuffled with your browser’s cryptographic random generator, and teams are dealt out evenly.
